Every input helps

even the small ones

I value your support and partnership

Every person at LifeBlood is a volunteer. We rely 100% on committed men and women who care and want to help us “set the captives free”.

Coming out of prison and reintegrating back into society is tough. Some men have families that will take them back. Some have families who won’t take them back.  Some have nothing - zip, zero, nada - just the clothes they stand in.  There’s no judgement here, just an open door and an open heart.  If you would like to help us help these men, then please donate food, funds, facilities, time or even workplace training.

If you want your financial contribution to be traced then please include a short description e.g., staff support, utilities, education, health care, legal aid etc.

I welcome feedback, suggestions and new initiatives.

We value fresh produce grown in your garden free of insecticides and human fertilizer. If you have excess fruit & veggies or even fresh protein - eggs, poultry,  beef, fish, lamb, pork - then please pass them on. We love to feed our men good quality, fresh food.

There are lots of important community causes seeking financial support.  Our focus is on recidivism - we don't want men to go back into prison. Rather, we want healthy men reintegrated into the community. If there is room in your budget to support our cause, then please give to:

We are seeking passionate people to help our men heal, grow and move forward

You are most welcome to join our team in any form that works for you, for example:

Infrastructure

We're exploring property acquisition on the Atherton Tablelands where we can create a permanent campus to deliver our education programs.

Our men also need small "community" homes where they can take refuge from the world for 12-18m and then  develop a constructive roadmap for the future.  Stability and security afford time to heal as well as a platform for making smarter decisions going forward.

If this is where you would like to place your support, then please specify 'Grow Infrastructure' with your donation.

Intercessors

This is a crucial part of our work at Lifeblood Australia.

We need people that can be dedicated intercessors.  People that we can call upon, to pray for individuals in a very focussed and continuing way, both daily and when special needs arise.

We need additional people with the capacity to volunteer their time and energy to support/disciple individuals.  This is an important service and the more people who come on board, the more we can achieve together.

Finally, if you think you can help in any way, whether on the frontline, or in the background, we would love to hear from you.

Educators

First, we would encourage you to partner with us in the provision of the Lifeblood Curriculum.  Lifeblood has been a solid rock of foundation in much of what we do.  Indeed, this curriculum and the additional resources we receive from Fivestone Media is the backbone of our mission, without which we would not exist.  But we need your support to continue funding individuals through this curriculum. If supporting us financially in this area, please specify Lifeblood Curriculum with your donation.

Second, we would seek your support towards the further development of programmes and activities that are focused towards the Australian person.  When an individual is released from prison, and begins their journey with us, they will do so by completing the Lifeblood curriculum over a period of typically 12 weeks.  Upon graduating the programme, it is our desire to continue to support these individuals and to offer them additional opportunities to remain connected and to develop a life of fullness.  Lifeblood Australia has begun developing additional programmes we believe will meet this goal.  We have a number of passionate team members that are highly experienced with producing tailored programmes, specifically geared toward our goal of "Setting the Captives Free."  We need your support to continue to develop these programmes.  If this is where you would like to place your support, then please specify Further Curriculum with your donation.

Staff sponsorship

We need financial partners to help support permanent part-time staff.  Some staff live in.  Some are on standby ready to step in when needed.  If this is where you would like to place your support, then please specify Support A Role with your donation.

Thank you

There are many Australians being released from prison every year, with no direction or support.  They are broken from past hurts and influences; yet they are people just like us that sometimes need a helping hand.  This 'hand up' will be given differently for different people, depending on their need.

We're committed to providing a safe place where people can come and refocus their life journey for 12-18 months.  We're committed to walk alongside those who are in need of mentorship and direction.  So we hope that you will join us in that commitment by partnering with us.  As an individual, or as an organisation, your effort and funds, along with ours, will be directed towards education, support, and infrastructure.

Thank you for helping the men of LifeBlood.  We're genuinely grateful for your support.  Lifeblood Australia is working towards DGR status so that your donations can go further.
